orders are typically made-TO-ORDER, excluding original and returned garments in stock. all items are carefully crafted by hand in-studio, and there will generally be at least a FIVE BUSINESS day production time on orders. THE MORE INVOLVED GARMENTS CAN TAKE MULTIPLE WEEKS TO FINISH.
ALL GARMENTS EXCEEDING $200 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR LIFETIME COMPLEMENTARY REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS. THE ONLY CHARGE IS THE COST OF SHIPPING, AND THE SERVICE LASTS FOR THE LIFE OF THE ITEM.
MOST ITEMS are returnable within 21 days if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO PERSONALIZED ITEMS, THOUGH THESE ARE FLEXIBLE.

MEASUREMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BODY WITH A TAILORS TAPE. THE BUST AND HIP ARE THE WIDEST POINTS OF THE BODY, GENERALLY THE BUST IS TAKEN OVER THE APEX OF THE BREAST AND THE HIP IS TAKEN OVER THE HIP BONE AND GLUTES. THE WAIST IS THE NARROWEST POINT AROUND THE BODY, GENERALLY AT THE MIDPOINT OF THE BUST AND THE HIP.
THE BASE SizE GUIDES FOR DISPLAYED MODEL GARMENTS HAVE A TENDENCY TOWARDS A “PEAR” SHAPED BODYWEIGHT DISTRIBUTION, AND ARE NOT PERFECT FOR ALL BODY TYPES. SIZING DOWN IS ADVISED FOR THOSE JUST OVER A SPECIFIC SIZE, HOWEVER recommendations for sizing up or down depend on SEVERAL FACTORS INCLUDING THE FIT BLOCK of the garment, your measurement distribution, and the desired fit ON THE BODY. DURING THE ORDER PROCESS, YOU WILL BE GIVEN FITTING RECOMMENDATIONS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST PERSONAL sizing accommodations.

ETYMOLOGY
eleusiv derives its name from the eleusinian mysteries, the ancient psychedelic rites practICed by the cult of persephone at the sanctuary eleusis. the mysteries honored theIR goddess, who was abducted by hades and ETERNALLY BOUND to the underworld after she consumed its fruit. HER STORY MIRRORS THE STORY OF EVE, THE GARDEN, THE FRUIT, AND THE GENESIS OF THE ABRAHAMIC RELIGIONS THAT HAVE SHAPED THE HISTORY OF THE MEDITERRANEAN REGION SINCE HELLENISM.
